Blair is a passionate and driven Accredited Exercise Physiologist who has extensive knowledge and experience within all phases of neurological rehabilitation.

Originally from Far North Queensland, Blair graduated with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Exercise Physiology from James Cook University. His career journey has been shaped by diverse experiences across community-based and sub-acute neurological rehabilitation and now brings this experience and thoughtful energy to the private practice sector. His treatment goals include the extensive application of neuromuscular function and functional anatomy principles to support each individual in their goals and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

This is supported by improving an individual’s capacity to participate in activities they enjoy, such as running, riding, social and leisure activities in their community. Learning never stops for Blair, and he is always willing to impart his wisdom to everyone he engages with. Blair is interested in developing the exercise physiology profession, where he regularly supervises students on clinical placement and is a guest lecturer at James Cook University in the neurological rehabilitation field.

His professional development continues to be at the forefront of his practice to deliver dynamic programs that reach expected and unexpected outcomes. In addition to his work, Blair is currently completing a Master of Clinical Medicine (Leadership and Management) to further his growth and success journey in the healthcare and rehabilitation sector. Blair is a big advocate for life balance, including daily family time and a weekly surf outside of the clinic.
