A common misconception that many people have is that exercise means going to the gym; moving heavy weight and building big muscles. But it can be so much more than that.
Jordan is a passionate, creative, and highly empathetic Accredited Exercise Physiologist who provides a meaningful goal-oriented treatment approach for individuals catering to their needs and personalities. Jordan recently joined the Enhanced Living team after graduating from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree of Clinical Exercise Physiology.
With his calm demeanour, Jordan thrives on creating unique and unconventional exercise programs in combination with his knowledge of evidence-based care to further support individuals in achieving their goals, and making a meaningful difference in their lives. With various experiences in the use of high level strength and condition, as well as plyometric modalities of exercise, Jordan has a particular interest in the benefits that they have towards neuroplasticity and their implementation in neurological rehabilitation.
Outside of work, you will often find Jordan at the gym combining various modes of resistance training to assist in his AFL and rock climbing endeavours.
