Lindsay truly believes exercise is medicine and as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist this is her specialty. Lindsay has a love for movement and providing others with the tools and knowledge to improve their quality of life and succeed at achieving their ultimate goals – even the ones they didn’t think were possible.

Lindsay enjoys working closely with clients and their support networks to get the best possible outcomes. For her, knowing that she played a part in someone’s journey and made a positive change to someone’s life is the reason why she chose this career. Those moments and the relationships built in the process are what the journey is all about, it is truly a rewarding feeling.

Lindsay finds value in putting a unique twist of creativity and fun within each program whilst maintaining an evidence-based approach. This allows for each individual to gain a tailored program to their unique self to assist in reaching the goals that are important to them.

Lindsay graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of the Sunshine Coast. Lindsay has experience and knowledge delivering safe & effective exercise interventions & educating across a wide range of pathologies including but not limited to: Cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal, kidney, pulmonary & mental health. 

Outside of the clinic, Lindsay enjoys all aspects of health and fitness and you can usually find her playing team sports or enjoying the coastal landscape.
